A four-mile easy walk along well-trodden paths starting at the Loggerheads centre and up to the village of Maeshafn via Colomendy. Return to join the Mold-Ruthin road. A distance of approximately four miles with gradual hills and a maximum of three stiles. The walk will include a view of Colomendy, the home of landscape artist Richard Wilson, and the remains of the once thriving lead-mining industry which forms the background to Daniel Owen’s novel, Enoc Huws.
