Theatr Clwyd Young Writers Competition award ceremony

Clwyd Theatr Cymru's Theatre for Young People Daniel Owen New Writing Award for 2012. One of the highlights of the Daniel Owen Festival is the annual Clwyd Theatr Cymru Young Writer’s Competition .

This year, to mark 100 years since the birth of Roald Dahl, the theme for the competition in 2106 is ‘ The Unexpected –  a twist in the tale!’.   You can get more details by clicking here .

Professional actors will bring the stories to life as they read the winning entry at the award ceremony and  the winner will receive their cash prize and crystal trophy.
